Two Royal Birthdays!
Sophie Helen Rhys-Jones was born on January 20, 1965 to Christopher and Mary (nee O'Sullivan). Sophie has an older brother, David. Sophie met her husband, the Earl of Wessex in 1993, at a tennis charity event, when his tennis partner didn't come. Their relationship started soon afterwards. Their engagement was offically announced on January 6, 1999. They married on June 19, 1999 at St George's Chapel at Windsor Castle.
In December of 2001, Sophie was taken to the hospital after saying she didn't feel well. It was discovered she was suffereing from a ptentially life-threatening ectopic pregnancy. Two years later, she had a daughter, Lady Louise Windsor (b. November 8, 2003). Louise was a premature baby, resulting from a sudden placental abruption, Sophie had to undergo an emergancy caesarean section. Sophie had another child, James, Viscount Severn (b. December 17, 2007) and had to have another caesarean section.
Now, Sophie fufills a bunch of engagements, making her one of my favourite royals of 2012. She's very close to her mother-in-law (Queen Elizabeth). It's said to be the Queen's first permanently warm relationship with one of her children-in-laws.
Mathilde was born on January 20, 1973 to Count Patrick d'Udekem d'Acoz and Countess Anna Maria Komorowska. Mathilde married her husband, Prince Philippe on December 4, 1999. They have 4 children together, Princess Elisabeth (the future queen of Belgium (b. October 25, 2001)), Prince Gabriel (b. August 20, 2003), Prince Emmanuel (b. October 4, 2005), and Princess Eleonore (b. April 16, 2008).

2012 Outfit Reviews: Sophie, Countess of Wessex
Sophie's top outfit from 2012 was worn numerous times, most known at the Diamond Jubilee (the Thanksgiving Service). The colour looks great, the detailing, everything else looks great.
This year, Sophie's style has upped it's game this year. All of the outfits make Sophie look young and fresh. She's getting confident in her role in the Royal family, and I praise her for that.

The Many Tours Of September
Over the last while, two British Royal tours for the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee began. While, in Denmark the Crown Prince and Princess went to Brazil, for a royal tour.
The Royal tour of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge took them to Malaysia, Singapore, Soloman Islands and Tuvalu. Many things happened to the royal couple while they were there.
Catherine made her first foreign speech, she wore beautiful clothing (like the middle outfit above), they got some new gifts, Catherine flexed her muscles, William made a speech, and Catherine danced.
Catherine made many different outfit changes, she was given a dress (the pink one on the left), she wore traditional necklaces, and headgear and had some great hair.
William and Kate finished their tour on the 19th of September. They will make their way back to England and chillax there for the rest of the year, probably.
For the Crown Prince and Princess, they went to Brazil on the 16th and will be in Brazil until the 21st of September.
The Earl and Countess made another Jubilee visit. This time though, to my home nation, Canada. They went to Iqaluit, Nunavut which is the farthest north that any royal(s) have been. They also went to Toronto, where they attended the Toronto International Film Festival (The Black dress where she went to).

British Events
Royal Ascot took place from June 19-23.
Day 1 came with Elizabeth wearing baby blue, and an aquamarine brooch. Camilla wore the same outfit from the Thames Water Pageant from the Diamond Jubilee. Eugenie wore a weird hat, with a blue dress, and black lace at the top. The Duchess of Gloucester wore a polka-dot white and dark blue jacket and a tilted blue giant hat. Princess Haya of Jordan wore a Dior dress, and a black hat. Last but not least, Princess Anne wore a really light baby blue jacket, dress and hat.
Day 2 brought Elizabeth wearing a pink hat, jacket and dress, and the Centenary Rose Brooch. Princess Anne wore the same outfit from her daughter, Zara Phillips’s Wedding last year in July. Princess Haya wore a bright blue dress, and if I’m not mistaken a Philip Treacy hat, her horse, Joviality also won first place in the Windsor Forest Stakes. The Countess of Wessex wore a nice light gray number with a very large hat, and a aquamarine brooch that she wore to Princess Charlene and Prince Albert’s Wedding in July of last year.
Day 3 brought us Elizabeth in a green coat and a green hat with peacock feathers, she also wore the Teck Corsage Brooch. Countess of Wessex looked great in a white jacket and dress, also with a white hat, with a flower-like object on the side. Princess Beatrice made her first appearance at Royal Ascot this year, she wore a white hat with red and white decorations on the side; she also wore a lace white dress with red details around the dress. Princess Anne wore the same dress, coat and hat from the royal wedding from last year in April. Princess Eugenie wore a weird hat, again, a white dress with a hidden black belt and some cool shoes. Princess Haya wore a orange dress and coat, as well as a giant pink hat with a pink flower on the side. Princess Michael of Kent, wore a giant white hat with a black flower on the inside, as well as a black coat and a black spotted white dress.
Day 4 gave us the Queen wearing a purple hat, a purple coat and dress, an amethyst and diamond brooch. Plus, her horse Estimate won, and Prince Philip gave her the trophy (awww). Princess Haya won again that day, her horse Newfangled won the Albany Stakes. Haya wore a dress from Dior couture; she also wore a black hat. Princess Michael of Kent wore a gray turban-like hat on the back of her head, an a gray tweed jacket.
The last day, gave us Elizabeth wearing a green coat, a floral dress, a blue and green hat and the Flame Lily brooch. Princess Beatrice wore a pink dress, coat, and a white hat with something weird in the back of the hat. Autumn Phillips came! She wore the same dress (an possibly altered hat) from the Diamond Jubilee service at St. Paul’s Cathedral.
Prince William
Prince William turned 30 on June 21. Happy belated birthday Will.
Garter Day
Garter Day gave us The Queen was in her normal Garter Day wear, with Ruby earrings! The Duchess of Cornwall wore a hat from Trooping the Colour 2010, her trusty chocker, and a outfit I swear she has worn before. The Countess of Wessex wore the jacket from Mike and Zara’s Wedding last year and a nifty fascinator. The Duchess of Cambridge wore a McQueen Jacket/Dress that she wore to Trooping the Colour, 2011 with a white hat to match. The Duchess of Gloucester wore a nice blue jacket and hat. The Viscountess Linley wore a shiny brown jacket and a beige hat. The Lady Sarah Chatto wore a white dress, jacket and a wide-brimmed hat.
Trooping the Colour
Trooping the Colour gave us, the queen in the same outfit and hat from the Royal Wedding in April 2011. The Duchess of Cornwall wore a repeat hat from the 2009 Trooping the Colour, and a aquamarine brooch! The Duchess of Cambridge wore a Erdem dress, and a fascinator on the forehead. The Countess of Wessex wore a outfit from the Royal Wedding in 2011. Beatrice wore a terrible hot pink satin hat, and a blue and pink dress and jacket. Eugenie wore a feathered hat, a red coat, and a beige dress, Princess Michael of Kent wore a sailor’s hat, and a white jacket. Lady Louise Windsor wore a purple dress.
