First Portrait of Duchess of Cambridge

This isn't really all important, I just really wanted to write about something.
So, yesterday (January 11th), Kate and William appeared at the National Portrait Gallery to see the new portrait of the Duchess of Cambridge. The portrait was made by Mr. Paul Emsley. Here's a series of videos from the day yesterday, or how the portrait was made.

Kate and William loved the photo, but some people thought that it "aged her". I say, it's beautiful, the hair looks amazing, the blouse is wonderful! (Considering that the blouse didn't have sleeves). He even got her sapphire earrings. Overall, I love it, it looks fabulous! However, that wasn't even the talk of the town. Everyone was talking about her baby bump.

I'm excited that Kate's pregnant, but I'm even more excited to see her maternity wear. Her fashion is wonderful, and I love seeing new dresses that she brings out. I just can't wait! I'm so excited!

New Year's Court in Denmark - Day 1

Every year, on January 1st, the Danish Royal Family (the Queen, Prince Consort, Crown Prince, Crown Princess, Prince Joachim, and Princess Marie), as well as the Japenese Imperial Family celebrate the New Year. I'm sure they is just a ceremony to ring in the New Year. All I really know, is that there is tiaras.

Denmark

I don't really want to be mean to the Danish ladies. Well, Mary's outfit is really nice, a orange dress repeated from 2010. She wore Queen Ingrid's Ruby Parure Tiara, which she's worn every year for a while. Margrethe wore a blue velvet dress that she wore to her Ruby Jubilee. She also is wearing her gold tiara that she recieved from the people of Greenland for her Ruby Jubilee. Lastly, Marie wore a new shiny pink dress with weird ruffles in the back. She wore her usual Diamond Floral Tiara. I was betting on her new tiara, that she hasn't debuted yet.

Best of 2012 - Events: Diamond Jubilee

This year, Queen Elizabeth II of Great Britain celebrated her Diamond Jubilee (60 years on the throne). It went from June 2-June 5. I apologize for not posting anything from the Jubilee. I was going to after the Jubilee. But, I got bored and I didn't want to do that. Then, it was too later. So, I just forgot. So, here's the Diamond Jubilee:

Eugenie and Beatrice both attended street parties than came onto the boat to celebrate with their family.

Madeleine looks a bit awkward, but still looks fabulous! The clothing is amazing! The earrings are a favourite of mine. The hair fits Madeleine, even though I don't like her hair colour...

Princess Maxima of the Netherlands and Princess Estelle of Sweden

It was a tie, I orgionally just had Maxima, but then I remembered cute little Estelle's photo. Look at her! In the leaves, with her hood on and the little puff ball on the end. Aw! Then, Maxima looks fantastic! The photo is celebrating 10 years as a Princess of the Netherlands. Purple suits her, (as I've said) and I'm liking the bling.

 Can these two get any more cute? It's the twin siblings of Denmark on their first birthday in January (the 8th to be exact). Josephone's pink dress looks cute, with her pink bow in her hair. And, Vincent, aren't you looking handsome? A blue plaid shirt, looking snazy!

Worst Shot

Princess Madeleine of Sweden



Yes, a girl who has the best photoshoot can also have the worst shot. The reason? She's far away, you can hardly see her. The outfit looks terrible, and her hair when it was blond and not brown.

I like Mary, and I normally like her clothes. These though, the blue shirt I don't mind, the pants look terrible. The shirt with the pants look very bad together. Not to mention the beige shawl, and the same pants (on the left picture) together - No, just no.
